This gravel Auto-X track is located at the Otaihanga tip between Waikanae and Paraparaumu in Kapati. It is driveable in the wet and the dry, and is a little more demanding on cars than a standard grass track.

The track can change as it is graded but normally consists of a straight from the start line, into a slight left kink before a right hairpin. then it's through the "esses" starting with a left hand turn, then one right and another left before moving into a right hand sweeper which crosses the start/finish mark and back onto the straight.


 

Venue Requirements

• Clubsport Basic events are run here
• Helmet (Up to schedule A standard) and 100% Cotton Overalls are required
• NO Roll cage is required for this event
• IF you are driving the car to the event it must be warranted and registered
• Standard entry is $20 but can vary depending on the event

Access is via Otaihanga road off SH1. Just past Southwards car museum and over the railway lines is a hard left into the tip, and the entrance to the track is on your left past the entrance hut to the tip.
